Submit your image files and select your preferred stone style. For flawless execution, high-resolution imagery or vector formats (AI, CDR, PDF) are highly recommended. Choose a texture from our premium stone collection that perfectly anchors your architectural vision.
Refinement & Concept Deepening
1. Pricing & Customization
• Engraving Fee: +$50/pair (Send logo for feasibility check).
• Custom vs. Stock: Custom orders carry a premium over stock items.
• Order Quote: Specify Stone + Style + Qty + Engraving File.
2. Design Limits & Logic
• Specs: Flat styles only | Stone surface size ≥ 20cm.
• Quality Note: Minor edge chipping is normal; engraved areas cannot be re-polished.
• Sequence: Stock items cannot be engraved (Custom only: Engrave → Drill).
3. Timeline & Policy
• Drafting: 1-2 working days for design approval.
• Production: 3 working days after design approval.
• Finality: No changes or cancellations accepted after 24 hours.
Production & Delivery
Precision mechanical engraving and strict structural quality control. Our default architectural engraving is aligned vertically with a subtle depth of 2-3mm. For tailored depth requirements or specialized mechanical backsets, please coordinate with our support team during Step 2.
