Pricing & Customization
- Engraving fee: +$100/pair — send your logo for a feasibility check.
- Order quote: Stone + Style + Qty + Engraving file.
Design Limits & Logic
- Specs: Flat styles only; stone surface ≥ 20cm.
- Quality: Minor edge chipping is normal; engraved areas cannot be re-polished.
- Sequence: Stock items cannot be engraved — custom only (engrave, then drill).
Timeline & Policy
- Lead time: Custom orders take an additional 5-7 days.
- Changes & cancellations: Not accepted after 24 hours.
Production & Delivery
Precision mechanical engraving and strict structural quality control. Our default architectural engraving is aligned vertically with a subtle depth of 2-3mm. For tailored depth requirements or specialized mechanical backsets, please coordinate with our support team during Step 2.
