At ABC-STONE, we are committed to delivering our bespoke stone hardware to your project site as quickly and safely as possible. We specialize in global logistics, ensuring that our heavy, natural stone products arrive in pristine condition.

1. Shipping Zones & Delivery Terms

Category A: Primary Regions (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)

For the following regions, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. This means all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are pre-paid by ABC-STONE. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

  • Zones: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and European Union (EU).

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 Business Days.

  • Premium Shipping: 3–5 Business Days.

Category B: Rest of the World (DDU/DAP)

For regions not listed above, we ship via standard international carriers. Please note that DDP is not guaranteed for these areas. Customers may be responsible for local customs clearance and paying any applicable import duties or taxes required by their country’s laws.

  • Zones: All other international destinations.

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 Business Days.

  • Premium Shipping: 7–10 Business Days.

2. Order Processing & Customization

  • Bespoke Orders: As each piece is precision-cut and hand-finished, please allow 3 business days for production and quality inspection before dispatch.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your stone’s journey.

3. Professional Packaging & Transit Safety

Natural stone requires extraordinary care. Every ABC-STONE shipment is secured in:

  • Custom Shock-Proof Foam: Molded specifically for each handle shape.

  • Heavy-Duty Reinforced Cartons: To prevent compression during long-haul transit.

  • Sealed Moisture Protection: Ensuring the stone’s texture remains unaffected by humidity changes.

4. Damaged Shipments (Our Guarantee)

We take full responsibility for the safety of your stone until it reaches your hands.

  • If your stone arrives broken: Please take a clear photo of the damage and the packaging within 24 hours of receipt and email it to us.

  • Our Promise: We will remake and reship your order immediately via Premium Shipping at no extra cost to you.

5. Important Notes

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to the weight and size of our stone hardware, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

  • Address Changes: We can only modify the shipping address within 12 hours of order placement.
