Shipping policy
At ABC-STONE, we are committed to delivering your natural stone hardware safely, securely, and within the estimated delivery timeframe. Because our products are made from solid natural stone and require reinforced packaging, all shipments are carefully prepared before dispatch.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only.
- We ship to physical street addresses only
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- Shipping to other countries or regions is not currently available
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully confirmed.
During processing, each order is:
- prepared for shipment
- inspected for quality
- securely packed for transit
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
We ship orders using trusted express carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Estimated transit time for U.S. orders:
5–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time:
7–9 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total shipment weight of the order.
Weight-Based Shipping Rates
- 0–3 kg: Flat rate USD 75
- Above 3 kg and up to 10 kg: USD 75 + USD 12 for each additional 1 kg above 3 kg
- Above 10 kg: USD 159 + USD 8 for each additional 1 kg above 10 kg

The final shipping charge will be shown automatically at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- your tracking number
- the carrier name
- a tracking link
Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
6. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, we cannot guarantee that address changes can still be made, as the order may already be processed or dispatched.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delivery Issue
We take packaging and shipment protection seriously. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please provide:
- clear photos of the damaged item
- clear photos of the outer packaging
- your order number
After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
If your tracking shows a delivery issue or the package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
8. Packaging Standards
Because our products are made from natural stone, we use packaging materials designed for heavy and fragile items.
Our packaging may include:
- shock-absorbing protective foam
- reinforced heavy-duty cartons
- moisture-resistant sealing materials
This packaging standard helps reduce the risk of damage during transit and supports safer delivery of stone hardware products.
9. Important Notes
- Delivery time estimates begin after the order has been processed
- Shipping rates apply to the total order weight, not individual items separately
- We reserve the right to contact customers if additional shipping information is required to complete delivery
